| Position Requirement | 1,30-year-old and above; 2, Bachelor degree and above; 3, Human resources, management or related fields; 4, College adjunct professor and above, or enterprise management experts; 5, Be familiar with the training market, maintain contacts and cooperations with training providers; Be familiar with organization and operating processes of the internal and external training; have experience in annual training plans; have skilful handling skills in human resources management; be familiar with management work flow, in particular, variouse of training processes. 6, With training experience of modern human resources management, staff training and development, education, labor laws and regulations, and other aspects. 7, Have experience in managing enterprise and education. 8, With professionalism and fighting spirit, ability to lead the team to carry out day-to-day training; with outstanding expression ability, communication skills, planning capacity,agile thinking. |
